Here are some of our frequently asked questions

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask as a courtesy that you give us a 24-hour notice before cancellation. Clients who cancel within 24-hours may incur a cancellation fee. For emergencies, we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

What kind of dogs do you accept?

We think each and every dog is inherently good! We have no breed restrictions. That said, friend dogs with no history of aggression typically fit the best with our dog walking or pet sitting services.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We currently accept Cash, Check, as well as credit/debit via Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal.

How are prices determined?

Our pricing is determined based on special considerations made for each individual client and pet.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

Each pet needs to be fully vaccinated. We require a current copy of their rabies certificate and proof of other vaccinations including Bordetella.
